WASHINGTON, D.C. - Mrs. Lucy Ella Womack Joyce, 44,
of 5018 Hunt Street Apt. 23 NE, died Tuesday, July 15, 1997, at Washington Home,
Washington, D.C.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Rollins Funeral Home, Washington, D.C.
Burial will be in Harmony Cemetery, Landover, Md.
She was a native of Halifax, Va., and was employed at D.C. General Hospital.
Survivors are Adolphus Joyce of Browns Summit; children, Adolphus Joyce Jr.,
Jamine Joyce, Tabitha Joyce and Tony Joyce, all of Washington, D.C.; parents,
Ellis and Mollie Womack of Eden; brothers, James,
Marvin, and Melvin Womack, all of Reidsville,
Donald Dunkley of Oklahoma City, Okla., Ellis Womack
Jr. of Hartford, Conn., John and Lewis Womack, both
of Washington, D.C., and Kelvin Womack of Brooklyn,
N.Y.; sisters, Mrs. Michelle Williamson of Eden, and Mrs. Thelma Anderson of
Landover, Md.; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Local visitation will be at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ellis Womack,
188 Kirkwood Dr., Eden.
Rollins Funeral Home, 4339 Hunt Place NE, Washington, D.C., is in charge of the
arrangements.
McLaurin Funeral Home, Reidsville, is in charge of local arrangements.
