In the case of Jacob Womack and Sarah his wife, plaintiff, the same jury awarded them eighty six pounds, ten shillings current money!

[NOTE: Fort Womack was located about 2 miles east of Bluff City, TN, in present day Sullivan County.  At the time of this militia roll, it was considered to be part of Fincastle County, VA.]
